Close to all amenities needed for a family with adult children. The laundry and convenience store on the ground floor is a plus.

-location close to malls and convenience shops
-very busy street; parking was a struggle
-room is not soundproof; you can hear all the noisy neighbours and the streets, cars etc even at the 10th floor
-security guard wasn’t very approachable and helpful when we were asking help for the parking; wasn’t very pleased about us checking in early
-the condo needs professional cleaning especially the bathroom and kitchen spaces; fridge was mouldy, bins had no bin liners, strands of hairs on floors, there was a bin which hasn’t been emptied before our stay and was hidden in one of the cabinets in the bedroom; overall needs TLC and more attention to details for this business to thrive
