Posizione fantastica, sia come panorama sia per spostarsi a piedi, parcheggio gratuito poco distante, a pagamento davanti alla porta,
C'è una scala di legno comoda per salire alla stanza che è accogliente e pulita, materasso e cuscini comodi.
Aria condizionata ben funzionante
Premesso che a me è comunque piaciuto e ci ho dormito molto bene, penso che il futon non sia per tutti, età a parte, basta avere un problema ad una caviglia o ad un ginocchio e rimane difficile alzarsi o quanto meno non comodo

Beautiful and quiet place with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The room itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the coffee machine with capsules for a morning coffee in the terrace. The mattress is a Japanese style futon, so a little on the harder side but we really really liked it. Aircon worked perfect, and we could stream on TV via HDMI cable.
Nothing, this place is ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay in Marzamemi. The only flaw is not with the apartment but rather with parking, as there is no free parking anywhere nearby. The large car park at the back of the village costs 3 euro a day and was very handy though.
