The location was perfect for our needs. The property was clean. Breakfast was lovely.
We booked thinking toilet and bathroom would be private to the bedroom. However, when we arrived we were told both toilet and bathroom were to be shared with everyone in the property.

Accueil sympathique et chaleureux de notre hôte Gregory. Très jolie maison décorée avec bcp de goût. Chambre accueillante et agréable, joliment décorée.
Salle de bain et sanitaires partagés mais très propre.
Bon petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse au soleil.
Le plus : acceuil et discussion sympathique avec le chat de la maison Opium.☺️
Environnement calme à la campagne, Arras est accessible à 15mn.

A warm welcome from the host who had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.
This included an ample breakfast consisting of bread, pastries, a wide variety of jams, yoghurt, granola and coffee all beautifully presented.
The whole house is modern and impeccably presented including the private shower room and toilet.
The location is very convenient for access to the A26 and close proximity to Arras, a charming town.
Can't think of anything that could be improved.
