The property was immaculate, the kitchen facilities were excellent; we were very comfortable and it was easy to access the key for entry.
Two points I would like to make: when we arrived at 4.30 pm, the house was quite cold on a freezing cold day and there were no instructions as to how to switch the heating on so we had to hunt around for the boiler and work out how to switch it on. Luckily after a couple of hours it began to warm up and we had a very comfortable night and were able cook a meal in your excellent kitchen. Trial and error meant we were able to find out where to leave the rubbish. I hope we left things in good order and I compliment you on a really lovely house. Thank you.
