Great location, easy to access the Ancient City and see the sights!

Such welcoming hosts. Delicious dinner and breakfast. They made it so easy for us by organising a Tuk Tuk tour for us and getting our taxi when we left. So relaxing and great value.

Amazing place! The only right place to stay at this wonderful city

What a fantastic start to my time here in Sri Lanka.. Where to start! The guesthouse is walking distance to Tissa Weva lake and it's worth walking there in the evening to experience the stunning sunset and see the locals swimming. The family is so welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. I was picked up from the train station and dropped off there again at the end of my stay. My room was spotless, i asked for AC which was a little extra but so worth it, the fans work well too so was nice although the fans work well too and in the night that was all I needed. The wifi signal was very good and it was peaceful sitting on the balcony in the evening. The family offers delicious breakfast evening meals at a great price in a communal area in their lovely garden. I would definitely recommend it, it's a nice way to meet other travellers. You can use their bikes to explore the area. The owner arranged a tour for a good price, I was lucky to find another guest to go with and we had a fantastic day. I also hired a scooter through the homestay which was a great way to explore the area. I am so pleased I chose this as my stay in Anuradhapura and would definitely stay again.
