Room was small but comfy. A small fridge was available in the room. Easy check-in process with a door access code both for entering the hotel and for the room.

The calm atmosphere with the forest around, the big shower, the fridge in the room, the cleanliness and the comfort
The breakfast was really nice too
I felt like it’s impossible to properly contact the staff
There is no reception, so paiement for day tax and breakfast is online on a specific shop, except that if you pay the day tax first, they when you go book the breakfast they force you to pay the tourist tax again
Couldn’t get any answer or refund, asked for an invoice on the whole stay and never got an answer either, it’s like the mail doesn’t work and the phone number was no help too
