Wir haben Villa Franca nach kurzer Zeit wieder verlassen da diese unbewohnbar war!!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft am 14. Juni 2026 wieder verlassen, keine Übernachtung! Mit der Vermittlung haben wir sofort Kontakt aufgenommen da wir mit der Einrichtung, Sauberkeit usw. nicht einverstanden waren. Die steile Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist höchst unfallgefährlich, von Küche keine Rede, höchstens Kochnische, angefangene Packungen Esswaren standen herum, Kühlschrank defekt, viele alte Möbel, schlicht nicht bewohnbar. Mit der Vermieterin kamen wir nicht in Kontakt, niemand meldete sich am Telefon! Von Service und Freundlichkeit keine Rede.

Alles hätte besser sein können. In diesem alten, schmuddeligen Haus ist man nicht willkommen. Vom Eingang bis zur Terrasse war es nicht sauber, die schlechte Luft könnte von den alten Möbeln sein. Alles sehr ungepflegt! Es ist eine Zumutung so eine Unterkunft zu vermieten!!! Wir verlangen die schon bezahlte Summe vollständig zurück, da wir vom 14. - 21. Juni 2026 eine andere Wohnung suchen mussten und natürlich auch bezahlen mussten. Dort waren wir vollumfänglich zufrieden.
