As previous reviews have said, the macerator is noisy & randomly starts up during the night. Contractor was due to attend to sort this so owner is aware & trying to sort

Noisy toilet macerator, going off randomly not even when using the toilet.

Easy access to the room, great location, good for parking..

Shower leaked, a fan would have been nice.
