Great location for vacation

Poor cleanliness, safety concerns, and no refund for the unused night

The host was reachable by phone before my arrival.

The overall experience was very disappointing. Although I had booked this apartment, it was unavailable on the first night and I was accommodated in a neighbour’s property instead. When I later moved into Joni’s Apartment, there were several cleanliness and safety concerns. The bed sheets did not appear freshly washed, some electrical sockets appeared burnt or damaged, the key became stuck in the door, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes. The kitchen utensils were also very old and heavily worn. In addition, a tap marked blue released extremely hot water and caused me to burn my hand. Because of these conditions, I informed the host that I would leave and would not use the second night. However, he refused to refund the unused night. I paid 140 EURO in cash and was not provided with a receipt or invoice.

La posizione è ottimale, a meno di 100 metri dal mare e dal centro paese. I titolari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La struttura è ben condizionata, il servizio wi fi è buono, inoltre dispone di parcheggi gratuiti.

La struttura è piccola per 5 persone (avevo prenotato per 5), sarebbe perfetta per massimo 3 persone. Da migliorare assolutamente l'angolo cottura. Inoltre vi sono pochi spazi dove riporre gli indumenti (mancano armadi o simili).
