Host Ramo was helpful and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bags after a very early arrival. The place is modern and spotlessly clean, and has everything you need and more - well-equipped kitchen, good aircon, even a TV (rare for Samoan cabins of this kind). Mosquito coils provided on the outside verandah, plus there was cooking oil, salt and pepper etc in the kitchen. There is a small room with shelving which is great for luggage and storage. No wi-fi, so make sure you have your own data plan. Remember to have cash for payment! I had a rented scooter for mobility, but there is a taxi rank nearby, plus a range of eateries. Palolo deep water marine reserve is well worth a visit - the 'beach' is shabby and rocky but worth it for the coral (you can hire a snorkel).
A bedside table and lamp would be a nice addition. Wi-fi would be a extra bonus.

Small and out of the way of traffic and noise
Cold shower. Some doors did not close properly. The couch was uncomfortable.
