Worst Stay
no parking at the propert, nor on the street- was permits only and surrounding local streets were permits only. We had a 2 year old that was tired and had to drive around and lug are stuff a distance away from property.
As we traveled with a child we needed a property with parkling and heating.
Arrived at cold dirty property. Thermostats were all on full but radiators stone cold contacted host re parking and radiators but no avail.
Main bedroom had Fibre glass on the top of the bedding. two people had red marks over arms from it.
The mattress was broken, two broken mattresses were stacked on top of each other. Images provided.
3 adults and a child only 3 towels no bath mat so floor was slippy and dangerous.
Tables, furniture all were dirty with food, marks etc. Microwave was dirty washing machine dirty, floors dirty, oven dirty and broken.
Extractor in bathroom was just a hole in the wall.
No door on kitchen was ripped off.
outside the garden was a dumping ground with bags of rubbish which was dangerous and a hazard.
Electrics in house weren't safe, ceiling pendants not fixed, electrics in kitchen had been poorly tapped up.
Carbon monoxide detector was making a noise and saw it was battery operated which is not safe and has to be connected to mains.
