Die Lage war außerhalb der Getümmels. Wir haben immer den Shuttle zum Strand genutzt.
Die Wohnung hat wahnsinnig viel Platz. Und insgesamt 4 Terrassen/Balkone.
Stromausfall sobald zu viele Geräte in den Steckdosen stecken. Alle drei Klimaanlagen (für alle drei Schlafräume) funktioniert nicht.
Ausstattung, wie z.B Töpfe könnten erneuert werden. Bilder bei Booking sind sehr bearbeitet

Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Die Hausverwaltung hat zum Teil gut mit uns kommuniziert, zum Bespiel ein kaputter Kühlschrank wurde schnell ersetzt. Für unsere Fahrzeuge hatten wir auch genug Platz direkt von der Haustür.
Manchmal reagiert die Hausverwaltung gar nicht aus die Nachrichten. Wir waren schon vor Ort zu verabredeten Zeit, mussten auf die genaue Adresse warten. Es ist in Ordnung wenn alles Kontaktlis abläuft, aber dann sollte jemand per Telefon oder Mail erreichbar sein. Die Bäder sind in keinem richtig guten Zustand, das Bad im Keller ist ganz schlecht. Alle Betten waren unbequem und die Strasse war gut zu hören. Wir haben recht kurzfristig was gesucht, deswegen nicht mehr so viel Auswahl gehabt und uns für dieses Objekt entschieden. Die Fotos des Objekts waren gut bearbeitet))

The location was excellent — very central, super close to everything in Lerici and very convenient for getting around. This was definitely the strongest point of the property. The private parking was also very useful
Unfortunately, the property itself did not match the impression given by the photos. In reality, it felt considerably older and more worn.
One of the biggest problems was that the second bathroom was not working at all. We were six people staying for a full week, so having only one functioning bathroom was extremely inconvenient.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. We had to provide a significant amount of personal information, including photos of ourselves and our ID cards, which made us uncomfortable from a privacy and data-protection perspective. The actual instructions for accessing the apartment were also difficult to find and not clear enough. Because of this, we accidentally entered another apartment upon arrival. Thankfully nobody was inside, but this was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable first experience for us and could also have been extremely unpleasant for the occupants of that apartment.
We also had several very unpleasant encounters with the neighbors, who were extremely rude, confrontational and verbally aggressive towards us. On more than one occasion, the language and behavior were serious enough that we felt the situation could potentially have warranted a police report. This made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable during our stay.
Finally, there was no cleaning during our entire week-long stay. For six people staying for a full week, this was very inconvenient.
Considering the excellent location, the property has a lot of potential, but the maintenance, inaccurate impression from the photos, non-functioning bathroom, complicated check-in, privacy concerns, lack of cleaning and particularly the experience with the neighbors significantly affected our stay.
