The apartment is in a very convenient and lively area, with many good restaurants and interesting places nearby. It is also very central and close to the main tourist areas, which made getting around Budapest very easy.
I also really liked how modern, pleasant and well kept the apartment felt. The decoration was nice, the beds were comfortable, the sofa was good, the windows were solid, and the apartment in general had very good facilities. Everything looked quite new and in good condition, which made it a very comfortable place to stay.
The main downside was the street noise, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, when there was a lot of nightlife activity nearby. This became more of a problem on warmer days because the bedroom did not have air conditioning or any effective cooling system. The apartment seemed to rely mainly on underfloor heating, which was fine for heating but did not help to cool the room. As a result, we often had to choose between keeping the windows open for ventilation and dealing with the street noise, or closing them and feeling too warm.
There were also a few minor maintenance issues. The shower hose was too short, so when the handheld shower was raised, the hose bent and restricted the water flow. This meant it could not be positioned high enough to shower comfortably, especially for a taller person, and I sometimes had to bend down to use it properly.
The dishwasher also seemed to have a problem and was not working correctly.

Great location, clean building and apt
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I have never had a couch as the main bed in a hotel, wouldn’t stay again
