- l’emplacement est très pratique : entre 5 à 10 minutes de la station de train Palazzo Real Orleans selon où vous sortez), qui permet de se rendre ou de venir depuis l’aéroport en 40 minutes
- l’immeuble est sécurisé
- Le logement est tout équipé et semble neuf : une cuisine avec de quoi se préparer des repas, un vrai frigo (chaque chambre dispose d’un étage) partagée entre les chambres
- Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une salle d’eau disposant d’une grande douche avec une colonne de massage d’eau (très agréable après une bonne journée de marche)
- A 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique
- Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant l’heure de mise à disposition de la chambre. Une dame très sympathique nous a accueilli.m pour nous remette les clés et nous expliquer le fonctionnement. La communication avec l’hôte est fluide et prompte, c’était parfait 🙏
- N’hésitez pas à prendre des bouchons d’oreilles car la rue est animée mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut : café, petits commerces 😊

Ho soggiornato 4 notti nella struttura, lo staff é stato disponibilissimo e molto attento al nostro benessere, consiglio la struttura. Pulita, vicino al centro e con tutti i confort. Comodo anche il parcheggio proprio davanti la struttura e abbiamo sempre trovato posto, anche in orari scomodi. Come dalla descrizione!

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help with both everyday issues and any questions related to local culture, customs, or traveling around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with access to a shared kitchen and free Wi-Fi, which made the stay even more convenient. I especially appreciated the daily maintenance of cleanliness throughout the accommodation, which created a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Another lovely touch was the complimentary aromatic Sicilian espresso offered by the host, adding a truly authentic local experience to my stay. The accommodation is also ideally located close to Palermo’s historic center and major transport connections, including bus and train stations.
One aspect I liked less was the constant street noise and heavy traffic outside, which could sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially in the evening. However, I also understood that this lively atmosphere is very much part of the authentic character and everyday rhythm of local life in Palermo.

It is a nice comfortable room. Everything is newly renovated. Well suited for shorter stays and city breaks. The hosts were very friendly and kind.
Narrow staircase, no elevator. A bit loud during the night, from the street, but not much.
