They were not good hosts.

The location and building security.

Gas for the apartment stopped working, we could not prepare meals or have hot water for showers. Ants in the kitchen and the toilet seat broke. We wrote the owner several times regarding these issues. The problem with the hot water heater was resolved finally.

Ubicado al lado del portal del Quindío. Acceso fácil con puerta inteligente.

Fijar dos precios diferentes: uno por la plataforma y otro por Whatsapp. Siempre hablar por el chat de Booking. La limpieza: las paredes estaban sucias y arañadas. Las macetas sin flores y con tierra seca. Había un olor concentrado al entrar al alojamiento. Las cobijas olían mal. En la cama las sábanas estaban arrugadas y habían pelos. Éramos tres personas y le tuvimos que preparar la cama a la tercera persona y le faltó toalla. No habían trapos de cocina. La cisterna del baño no funcionaba. Les escribimos por chat para solucionar. No había alfombrilla al salir de la ducha. Con vista al muro de otro edificio. Manilla del armario estaba rota.

Ubicado al lado del portal del Quindío. Acceso fácil con puerta inteligente.
