Property looks very nice and has a good location close to the busy area with restaurants etc.
The property is huge, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are lovely (especially the outdoor one downstairs!)
Check in and out was very easy.
There was a lot of thoughtful amenities like a first aid kit, mosquito repellant, water cooler, and toiletries.
The price was reasonable.
It's hard to find the property on google maps, so we used Villa Alden across the road as our navigation point most of the time.
There's a lot of concrete in the property which looks nice but isn't very comfortable or cosy. It feels like it was made to look good in pictures rather than be pleasant to stay there.
The pool was small and a bit dirty; again more for pictures than for actually using.
Immediately after booking we were told that there was construction across the road; luckily we weren't hanging around during the day, but it was very loud and would have spoilt the experience if we were going there to relax.

Beautiful property and rooms. Had everything you needed with a lot of space
Air conditioner and wifi worked well.
Staff were lovely and gave us a later check out
Hot water upstairs took a little while to warm up.
There’s a rooster next door that starts going off quite early, and a school nearby gets really loud from 730am. So not ideal if you don’t like to wake up early.
Pool only has good sunlight certain hours but was still lovely to chill.

We stayed in a number of aesthetic villas in Canggu and Ulawatu throughout our trip. This was our last stop in Bali. The aesthetic look was the style I was after. This place had the most comfortable pillows of my entire trip. When I say I slept like a baby. It also had the best lighting in the ground floor bathroom which was a huge plus for the make up girlies. Aircon was great. The staff were really friendly and greeted us with cold lime water it was just what I needed after a long drive
I think the place needs a bit of TLC, it’s in Seminyak so it was expected to have a bit of ware and tear. The rooms were very clean but the bathroom walls had make up and water marks from previous people. The floors outside around the pool need a hose as they are dirty and dusty, I needed to wash my feet anytime I went back inside, and the mirrors above the basins need replacing due to tarnish. Half the mirror is okay but the main half you can’t see much it’s all spotty and foggy. We didn’t have an issue with the location it was a 10 min scooter ride to the main areas we went
