Great location.
The guy allowed us to checkout at 11am instead of 10am
WiFi not working properly, the check in was done from someone who didn’t even know how to switch on the water heater.
The apartment was pretty dirty and full Of dust.
The sofa bed is uncomfortable(there are 2 single mattresses that keep separating from Each other)
The payment is done in person (not specified on the property advert) , the owner wanted to charge us with a dollar rate that was not the current one, plus he wanted to charge us the card fee (in the end he didn’t) and also it was not clear that we had to pay an extra fee on top of the booking price.
The owner got stressed out when we asked to
Check the right exchange rates and he told us “vale, lo que sea, solo quiero que se vayan”. It is the first time ever (I used booking.com For many years) an host treats me like this!
Also, the owner was really unresponsive on the phone, it was taking hours to reply!
