3 bedrooms are good but very little natural light and no living room

The bedrooms were spacious and it had good facilities. Having a washing machine was great!

Extremely dark inside with little light as buildings very close. There is no outside view and very little natural light. No living room. Just sofa in narrow hall.

I thought this was a lovely place and location. It was unfortunate that the dishwasher and oven had not been checked for

Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do and see in Nice. Surrounded by great restaurants, a grocery store and pharmacies, the area is residential and felt safe. The space in the suite worked very well for our group of 5. It was great to have a kitchen with a refrigerator. The washing machine was great to have as well as the rack to dry our clothing. The air conditioning worked well and made our stay comfortable. Our host accommodated our arrival for an extra fee. She was also helpful when it came to suggestions about stowing our bags after checkout time.

The views to outside from our windows were not very nice. The dishwasher and oven were dirty so we didn’t end up using them. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls. You had to give the owner a 500 Euro damage deposit in cash. This was annoying to be carrying around so much cash as it should have been built into the cost of the rental. The pictures on the booking.com website did not match what we saw in the suite.
