The studio was well located for the purposes of my trip, close to the Viaduto Santa Efigênia, with easy access to the major shopping streets and metro. The building the studio was located in offered a variety of restaurants, a mini market, luggage storage and a laundromat.

O espaço é pequeno, porém funcional....tive problemas com o chuveiro, porém foi resolvido quase de imediato....porém como o banheiro é muito pequeno tinha um vazamento que manteve o local sempre molhado. O ventilador de teto não funciona, mas tem um ventilador pequeno em um criado-mudo que incomoda muito quando ligado. Os utensílios bem práticos, geladeira ótima...não cozinhei no local.
Não gostei do banheiro....muito pequeno e adoraria se tivesse alguns ganchos para poder pendurar algumas peças de roupa no cabide.
