Shower went from freezing to scolding back and forth every five seconds so needs looking at.

Location was good for work. Close to local amenities. Close to town center.

Confirmation and receipt from Booking.com showed VAT but says cannot be used as a VAT receipt, must ask provider for VAT receipt. Provider said they are not VAT registered so could not provide VAT receipt.

This is my second time staying at this great apartment ,the location is perfect for me ,I felt safe and comfortable

It was clean, nice and quiet, I liked that I didn’t have to speak to anyone when checking in, it felt very welcoming, it had a calm atmosphere, nice decor, clean and tidy, and it was lovely a warm throughout the building and my room

I would happily stay again if the beds and mattress’s were updated to much more comfortable ones, I didn’t sleep well at all because of this, the mattress was very hard and I could feel every spring, the pillows are very lumpy and flat, on the last night I stayed my was hurting and I didn’t sleep at all, the shower cubicle was a little annoying as there was only a curtain as the door the kept getting stuck to me and water was escaping onto the floor, on arrival there was urine in the toilet so that wasn’t nice, And the little heater was balanced on a broken leg, if thoughs things improved then I would very much love to come back
