Everything is new in the apartment, almost untouched. The view from the terace is very nice: the seaview, nice neighbourhood. Indeed very nice place for living not only for holiday. Simply nice place to start the day. The Lidl supermarket is very close, it was very important to us.The owner and his wife are very nice and kind people also as Sifis the proprietor who is taking care for the apartment.
We lacked some things in the kitchen, more dishes for an example.Maybe we could have asked the owner about that but we didn't. If this apartment have some gadgets like washing machine or dish washer it would be ideal for complete living not just spending a few days for a holiday. However it was nice to spend few days in Kavala there.

The apartment was cozy, decorated with attention to the detail. It was very clean. The host had provided all necessities needed for the stay (there were even some toys for our kid to play with). There was always a free parking space in front of the building. Right next to the apartment was a café, which was very convenient. The host was very helpful with recommendations for tavernas, beaches and shops. The communication was easy and pleasant. We have already recommended the place to friends and family.
