An exceptional apartment in the heart of Lancaster.
The apartment is to a very high standard and very well equipped, benefitting from a Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher in the kitchen, spacious bathroom and two double bedrooms.
The furnishing are of a very good quality and the clean décor makes this modern apartment a pleasure to stay in.
Just a 30 second walk and you’re in the heart of the city centre, with local cafes, bars and shops just a stone’s throw from the apartment.
The car park is less than 100m from the apartment and easily accessible. If arriving by train you are less than a 10 minute walk from Lancaster station.

Great location. Lovely comfortable bedrooms. Very clean
Bare minimum of crockery and cutlery with enough forks and small plates for three only. No way to dry towels in downstairs bathroom. Irritating but didn't ruin stay or overall enjoyment.

In a good location with easy access to shops and the station. Apartment was very clean . The manager from SIG was extremely helpful and answered all our queries
The WiFi signal was poor to non existent . Beau was very helpful and he finally got the TV working. But it was next to impossible to get stable WiFi on phones or iPads

Lovely and clean and recently refurbished
Only comment would be that stairs to property are quite steep but that’s fine . However a hand rail would have made it a lot safer for guests
