Excellent customer service and availability from the staff, very friendly.
The facilities are looking nice and are very confortable, the common spaces are nice but room bathroom is not designed very well and not confortable to use.

Really clean and well thought out rooms. They were on the small side but lots of space to stow luggage and bags. Decent size bathroom and the bathroom toiletries were great. Nice coffee served at the bar. We didn't have breakfast as there are so many great boulangeries nearby. The location was perfect as we were at the Jazz festival 15min walk away.
We drove from the UK and the parking situation is very unclear from the website. It boasts on-site parking, but actually it's at the Ibis, which is a 5-7min walk with luggage.
