Worst experience in Vietnam so far.

That I was able to leave

The service. The situation was that I had booked for three nights over Tết and arrived on the eve of the new year. They demanded I pay upfront for the entirety of my stay - something I had never experienced before with booking.com? I explained that my bank card had been lost the previous night and that all the banks themselves were closed due to the holiday but I could pay with my Google pay or bank transfer. The receptionist said that was fine but the machine she provided and the bank number didnt work. I said I would try to borrow some Dong from a friend that evening. As it was new years it was a late night and when we spoke first thing the next day tbe demanded the same, even after I reiterated that there was no way for me to pay them if all the banks were closed as it was new years day and their machine doesnt work, I can bring you dong tomorrow OR YOU CAN CHARGE MY CARD ON FILE. Ultimately, called my friend to come and pick me up lend me Dong for the single night and get out of there as fast as possible. Horrible service, worst experience in Vietnam so far. I will be contacting the booking.com customer service team for further clarification. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in Vietnam.

The breakfast was okay and the loacation was A1.

I had the worst experience of my travels to Vietnam at this homestay. The Homestay itself was lovely but the incident that happened to my clothes is what threw me off and completely turned my stomach from this place and I will be filing plenty of reports about this place. They damaged $300 worth of clothes in the laundry services they provided and offered me NOTHING in restitution. I had my tailor lower the cost to replace them and yet still no cooperation. I even asked for my three nights to be refunded which way less than half of the value of the clothes and they still said no. And the worst part is when I asked for the owner's information the manager who damaged my clothes refused to give it to me. The sad thing is that the homestay was amazing. The room was lovely and I adored the facilities. But the manager and this whole ordeal about my clothes has me contacting local authorities regarding my reimbursement.

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát Vật dụng trong phòng đầy đủ, khá tiện dụng Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. (Ẩm thực tại chợ đêm Hội An đa dạng, rất ngon)

Số phòng tương đối hơi ít (tầm 9-10 phòng) nên 2 lần công tác trước đây bị full phòng ko book được. Lần này may mắn hơn, nhưng cũng chỉ còn 1 phòng trống
