Logement surplombant une longue et belle plage de sable, légèrement en retrait, offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer sans vis à vis. Le logement est spacieux et confortable. La décoration et l'électroménager sont un peu "datés" mais le mobilier et la vaisselle sont d'excellente qualité. Parking facile et gratuit.
Communication minimaliste avec la société de location et d'entretien (mail explicatif sommaire).
"Kits de vaisselle et de salle de bain" également minimalistes, et plutôt ridicules au regard des prestations offertes par l'appartement. Le toit terrasse est difficilement accessible (étroit escalier en colimaçon) ce qui le rend au final peu exploitable. La terrasse dans le prolongement de la salle de séjour manque d'éclairage externe (ce qui est un peu problématique lorsqu'on y dine le soir). Absence d'air conditionné. Peu de commerces et de restaurants aux alentours, nécessité d'un véhicule.

Close to a nice beach, relatively large apartment, A/C present and functioning, decently clean
1. Waaay, waaay overpriced for how old and problematic everything is in this apartment. Cheap Rental Management company - cheap out on jeverythign, including toilet paper ( when the price is ~$500/night)
2. We had freezer issue (it was beeping as we arrived) and it nevere worked, proved defective in the end.
3. Specialist for the freezer was only sent midway through our week there - although he could do nothing about it, it needed replacing (very old fridge).
4. Very old appliances and everything else for that matter (30+ years)
5. The tub was not draining properly
6. The bread toaster was dirty and had left over bread and crumbs in it that burned off with a lot of smoke when first used. It also burns bread very irregularly, very old appliance (30+ yes)
7. the toilet in the ensuite bathroom was not flushing properly (the lever has to be manually pushed back in place, unlike the other bathroom)
8. The clothes washer was hard do start, door would not close properly, always needed 3-4 attempts
9. The clothes dryer was not working at all
10. The latch on the sliding door (the right side) was broken - door would never lock
11. Toiletries in both washrooms only provided to last for a day (the hotel kind). People book these accommodations as they come on vacation - not to be forced to go shopping for basic needs - not at this price point anyways
12. Unpaved and very rutted road leading to the property
13. A/C was unplugged when we got there (and not obvious)
