Location was good and the room was clean and comfortable. We did have to request a new room as the original one we had smelled strongly of smoke when we requested a non-smoking room. The staff however were quick to provide us with a new room and we had no further issues. Breakfast has a good selection and they provide free laundry services which was fantastic. Overall a good stay and would recommend this or stay again in visiting Chengdu.

Very clean, gym very good, laundry with many machines available and no need to wait your turn.
Many foreign visitors, almost no-one speaking English at reception desk!
I strongly suggest to start breakfast a bit earlier (6:30am) to let people visiting the Panda Centre to enjoy it

Some rooms were big
Wash machines for self service or the staff could do pick up - wash - dry - back to your room service
Very disappointed with the room which had different levels of floor surface. My wife almost be tripped over when we first walked in. We did see people smoking in toilets, stairways, corridors …. I was mostly impressed by seeing people using hands to pick up prepared (cleaned) fruits from the bowls on the buffet table.
