About this house rental
Santa Domenica is a modern and well-equipped holiday home in the picturesque village of Nedescina, just 6 km from Labin and 10 km from the popular resort of Rabac. The village offers essential amenities such as a grocery shop, café, post office and restaurant. The property, which is fenced for privacy, has an outdoor pool, a sunny terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue and a covered terrace with table football. There is a climbing frame with swings and a slide for the children and a car park for three vehicles. This welcoming ground floor house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room that opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. One of the two double bedrooms has its own terrace, a perfect place for morning coffee. The owner lives in the other half of the house, but the pool is exclusively for guests. Discover Labin's picturesque streets, cultural heritage and lively summer events. Savour the local cuisine, visit the town market or explore the stunning beaches and promenade of Rabac. Boat trips to the nearby islands are offered in summer. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.

Die überdurchschnittlich freundliche Vermieterin hat uns einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. In Ihrem sauberen und luxuriösen Haus hat sie uns sogar mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Pool&Garten sind sauber. Auch der Grill macht riesig Spaß
