Historic 183 year old colonial. Original house Built in 1834 added to in 1851 and again in 1890 with a complete remodel in 2015. This property has years of stories to tell. One of the original Rudman homesteads who were known as the ‘peach kings’ in the area at the time.

One bedroom has queen sized bed and second bedroom has a queen bed and twin sized bunk beds. There is also a fold out queen sofa on the first floor. 2 living areas with plenty of seating. Dining room with seating for 8. Fully stocked kitchen with island seating. Plenty of parking. Close to expressways, less than a mile to Rochester General Hospital. Minutes from Lake Ontario, grocery stores, coffee shops, Seabreeze Amusement Park and beautiful Seneca and Durand Eastman Parks. Hour and a half drive to Niagara Falls. One hour to Finger Lakes, NY. Hour and a half to Watkins Glen, NY. Less than an hour to Letchworth State Park. This place is a great central location for a large variety of amazing day trips!

Our family had enjoyed relaxing at this charming farmhouse. It is so clean and loved the history and decor. Ideal location to Seabreeze, Lake Ontario, and highway! We would come again when visiting for our family celebrations!

This was a stunning home with a great location. We stayed for a family wedding event for 5 days and it was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is even more beautiful than pictured. We had 5 adults and 15 year old twins stay for 3 nights. It was clean, well equipped, and big enough for our party. Our eldest son graduated the University of Rochester and this was a great location for Commencement Weekend! It was under a 20 minute drive. The process was super simple for check in and the horseshoe driveway was convenient.
