completely restored in 2010, very romantic, 10 min from Piazza S.Marco, view on the roofs, just above a romantic canal on which gondole go by.

Everything was great. Fantastic location. Quiet at night. Perfect bed, clean, ice cold air conditioner, loads of character, would definitely stay again. Be aware this is on the top of the building so you must be able to climb stairs. Well worth it in my opinion!

Great location and easy to get around from here. Quite a long walk from the train station/parking so pack light or take boat bus. Lots of stairs to loft but very quiet and cozy once inside. Hosts responsive. Clean. :)

The location was great. There are 3 floors of rapid stairs to do to get to it so it is not advisable for people with heavy luggage. There are no hangers to hang clothes or jackets. It would be wonderful if they provide at least with a bottle of water

Accurate listing and comfortable stay. Cute and cozy place. It is 3 stories up so be ready to take your luggage up stairs. It is in the Cannaregio district so about 15-20 minute walk from the main train station. The host meet us at the train station which was very helpful. The area was relatively safe and cute. Very close to the water boat to get to Murano/Burano, a little bit more of a walk to get to the main parts of Venice but Venice is a small city so not a huge deal. Only bad thing that tanked the rating for me -- bed bugs in one of the beds :/ 4 people stayed here at 2 beds and 2 of us staying in 1 of the beds got hella bed bug bites. I'm sure this can be fixed by a deep clean but it was kind of inconvenient. Otherwise good stay.
