About this villa rental
Villa Limone is a luxury spacious 3 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views next door to our sister property a 2 bed villa ref 1960663. Perfect for families or couples and is furnished to a very high standard, with imported Italian furniture. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden with off road parking, lawn to the front and extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing. The pool is warmed via solar panels on the roof this raises the temperature by about 3 degrees so not enough for winter. There is a barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops,restaurants, and supermarket are all within a 5 minute walk as is the world famous Coral Beach, and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

What a beautiful very clean villa. It is in a great location so have peace and quiet but a short walk to all restaurants and to get to the beach. Felix & Lisa were so helpful and left a lovely welcome pack. We would like to go back. Thank you

Initial communications were excellent, and all questions and requests were dealt with promptly.
However upon arrival, the villa did not live up to its description, it was in a poor state of cleanliness throughout, and did not appear to have been properly cleaned for some time, in particular the kitchen utensils and appliances were contaminated with old food residue.
The shower pipework was leaking and judging by the verdigris stains has been in that state for some considerable time.
The bedding top covers were badly marked and stained, as were the main furniture throws.
I contacted the owner via voice messages and texts, and eventually got a response, a man came on the thursday to initially clean the pool, which was also dirty, and i tried to show him the areas of concern within the villa, he did not feel there were any problems, and walked away from me and muttered a comment that this "was a woman thing"
There was an offer of getting a cleaner in but as this was now the sixth day of our holiday, and i did not think the standard of cleaning would be acceptable, added to the attitude demonstrated towards me as the guest, i declined, as i was not going to waste any more of my holiday.
Over the last 30+ years I have stayed at many villas, as this is my preference, but I regret to say this experience has been the worst I have encountered.
Should it be required, I have photographic evidence of the areas of complaint.
