About this house rental
My home has an independent apartment with all amenities including Smart Tv and WiFi and besides hosting you. It's perfect for a couple, having a bedroom with King Size bed, but you can come with your kids or a couple of friends because there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
In front of the apartment there are continually passing both taxis and small bus transport, in 10 minutes you reach downtown, supermarkets, shopping malls and everything you might need.

Very good accommodations. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Good seafood restaurants and beach across the street. A little off the beaten path but good. Walking distance to the ferry for Isla Mujeres but a car needed to see bigger stores or hotel district . Uber is very handy and reasonable. Sergio is a very accessible and helpful landlord. Is in a secure complex with security

if you want a local Mexican neighborhood, 100 m from the beach, this is your place! I will definitely be back just to see Sergio and his neighbors… I felt at home the entire time I was there… A month!
