About this apartment rental
Conveniently located on the most upscale avenue in the San Juan Metro area. This bright, elegantly-furnished 19th floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

The host is kind, responds quickly, and was able to accommodate my precise need. Check in was smooth and hassle free. All of the staff in the building was kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and exactly what I was looking for. The view is breathtaking. The area is vibrant and diverse. There are many shops and the food is amazing. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

We had such a good time. The room was very clean lots of extra supplies like aloe and peroxide.The view was amazing so pretty in the day or night.The beach was only a 4 minutes walk and la placita was only a 12 minute walk.

Bedroom curtain was partially detached from the drawstring and thus did not close completely. Bathroom water pressure was almost nil and never got beyond too cold to shower. Same as last time we visited. We will prefer to stay elsewhere unless landlord reassures us better water temperature. Closet needs hangers holding men,s trousers.
