The villa has an air-conditioned master suite with a new 160 x 200 bed and its bathroom + WC, 2 beds on the air-conditioned mezzanine, + 1 shower room and 1 WC, a new fitted kitchen, WIFI Internet, TV SAT, HIFI, deckchairs, indoor and outdoor lounges. The property is ideally located we are very close to the Raisins Clairs beach. You are 1.5 km from all amenities: town center, Marina, Port, Golf, casino, airfield ... and the magnificent beaches of Saint-François, while enjoying a privileged, natural setting. Not overlooked

Was the second time we have stayed here. David and Laurence are perfect hosts, there if you need them but always giving full privacy.
The villa is just outside the centre of Saint-Francois, so is very handy for the amenities of the town and nearby beaches.
It is located in good size grounds with lots of outside space and not overlooked. Also has a decent size pool. This really set it apart from the other places we have stayed on the island.
The villa itself is furnished to a high quality with all you would need to have a great holiday.
Would highly recommend it. Thanks again and we hope to see you again soon.

Great location for exploring Guadeloupe and very close to Saint-Francois. The house is furnished to a high standard with a perfect outdoor space with a natural salt water pool in the private garden. Big thank you to the owners David and Laurence who were very nice and super helpful throughout our stay.
Looking forward coming back sometime soon.
