First class site according to view and location inside Ramateuelle, quite calm though some sounds from valley streets.
For the first class prize the object would need some renovation (esp. doors) and maintenance of garden.

Nice and stylish house. Garden needs maintenance. Lower part can be a very nice shady spot when cleared.
