About this apartment rental
This comfortable two-bedroom apartment offers the best of both worlds: a quiet place to stay with free parking, within easy walking distance of central Edinburgh. The city centre is readily accessible on foot, while nearby tram and bus connections provide plenty of other options for getting around.
It is important to us that the apartment feels like a home from home, rather than simply somewhere to sleep. It has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom, along with a separate main bathroom. The comfortable living and dining room opens onto a small patio with a table and chairs – and we do occasionally get enough Edinburgh sunshine to use it!
There are plenty of good cafés and restaurants, as well as useful corner shops, within a five-minute walk, so the immediate neighbourhood has plenty to enjoy in its own right. Calton Hill, the Edinburgh Playhouse and the Royal Botanic Garden are also within walking distance.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer. It is reached by lift, with step-free access from the car park and along the main route towards the local shops and city centre. There is one step out onto the patio.
Free parking is available in the development’s shared car park. Spaces are not allocated, but we have never struggled to find one. Guests simply need to enter their vehicle details into the parking system.

From 24 July 2026, a 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to the first five nights of each stay. All prices shown already include this charge, which we will pay to the City of Edinburgh Council on your behalf.

Property was few minutes away in quiet neighborhood. Several great restaurants and bars close by that we enjoyed. The Royal Mile about 25 minute walk or less than 15 Uber ride. There’s also options to use tram or bus, which have stops close by. Overall pleased with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

First night was very cold because the heating was not funcioning. The photo's on internet looked better then in reallity. This apartment is outdated and needs an renovation (except 1 bathroom) The rent was to high for this apartment. I think a fair price would be between 150 and 200 pounds per day as maximum.
