About this villa rental
Villa Patio is very well located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira, on the beach and 200 metres from the strip with all the bares, restaurants, night clubs and shops are at hand. This villa is 2 minute walking distance from the Santa Eulalia Beach and 5 minutes from strip and 20 minute walk the centre of the town, here there are also restaurants, bares and clubs and the famous Fisherman's beach is located. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Refundable breakage deposit of 900 euros is required, if single parties and or under 27 years old it is 150 euros each, payable upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48 hours after check out. Baby cot provided upon request.

We chose this place for our family to get together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely perfect. We had loads of room in the house. Kitchen had ample dishes. We enjoyed a private yard where the kids could play safely and we were just a minutes walk from a lovely beach. It was an easy spot to explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this place

I recently had an unforgettable stay at a beautiful house in Portugal, ideally situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira. This trip was a golfing retreat with four friends, and the location proved to be a golfer's dream.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the house's proximity to top-notch golf courses, as well as its stunning beachside setting. After our golf sessions, unwinding in the house's jacuzzi was a luxurious experience, especially given the fantastic weather we were lucky to have.
The house itself was more than just a place to stay; it was a part of our whole experience. Comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, it catered perfectly to our group. The owner of the house deserves a special mention – not only did he speak flawless English, making communication a breeze, but his hospitality and friendliness added greatly to our overall experience.
Being located right at the beach offered us the perfect balance of sport and relaxation. Whether we were teeing off at the nearby golf courses or just chilling in the jacuzzi, the house was an ideal base.
In summary, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. It combined the best of beachside relaxation and golfing adventure, all thanks to a wonderful house and its superb location. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar experience in Portugal.

This house was ideal for a holiday with our group (18 year olds). Everything was great, it was a clean house close to the beach and on walking distance from the strip. We really enjoyed our stay.
