About this house rental
THE MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 7)
A true pueblo-style adobe with white adobe walls, viga ceilings, brick floors, skylights and a kiva fireplace. Two queen bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the house for privacy, plus a cozy bunk room (twin over full). The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked for cooking for a crowd, with an island that seats 2 and a dining table for 6. Full washer and dryer. Step into the sunroom for the infrared sauna, a guest favorite in every season.
THE CASITA (sleeps 4)
Attached to the main house with its own private entrance: a lofted king bedroom with sunrise views of the Sandia Mountains, a twin chaise in the loft, a living room with a pull-out sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchenette, and its own full bathroom with a soaking tub. Cooled by a ductless mini-split.
OUTDOORS
A fenced backyard full of fruit trees and blooming vines, a gas grill, a patio table that seats 8, a second dining patio off the kitchen, and a fire pit ringed with wicker chairs for stargazing. Chickens next door, horses down the road, and quiet North Valley nights.
LOCATION
Minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, Los Poblanos, El Pinto, and the Rail Runner station for an easy day trip to Santa Fe. About 20 minutes to Old Town and downtown, and close to the Sandia Peak Tramway.

GOOD TO KNOW
The main house is cooled by an evaporative (swamp) cooler, so it stays comfortable but is not ice-cold in peak summer. Fans are provided. Dogs are welcome (pet fee applies). Exterior Ring doorbell camera at the entrance only.
