The home was spacious and a perfect location and setting for our family gathering. The house is situated on a beautiful piece of property overlooking lake Winni. We enjoyed spending our time at the house and luckily outside since the weather was perfect. We would have loved to spend more time on the patio, however we had to keep swatting off the carpenter ants from crawling on you. Upon arrival and meeting the property manager, we noticed that the cleaning crew didn’t spend much time cleaning down counters and dusting furniture. They also left dishes in the dishwasher. Although they were clean, they still needed tending to. We did contact the owner/property manager because the lack of hot water in the house. They did respond quickly to fix the problem and the owner contacted me almost immediately apologizing for the inconvenience. I was happy it was an easy fix!Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The adults got to relax and the kids really enjoyed the game room area in the basement.

Amazing home and property. So peaceful and the perfect place to enjoy a quiet weekend. I wish I could have stayed longer as it was hard to leave. Property manager (Jennifer) was easy to reach and great to work with.
