Everything is within walking distance!

Could not have asked for a better location. We had everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend this house.

Excellent location!

The average rating for this property is 10/10. In fact is it kind of a dive. The good: The air conditioners worked. The refrigerator worked. The mattresses were firm. The unit(s) were clean. The property manager (Emilio) responded promptly. The location is within walking distance of most of downtown San Miguel. The price was very good.The not-so-good: The TV had test spots burned into the screen. The stove had no operating instructions. The sheets were very thin. Not all of the air conditioner remotes worked. There was not enough furniture in the living area to accomodate all guests (there were 6 of us. We moved a futon from one of the bedrooms into the living area. One leg of the futon was not attached and fell off. The dining area chairs are uniquely uncomfortable. The hot water tap in the kitchen did not work. The toiletries provided were minimal (no hand soap, no shower soap). The linens provided were minimal. Two bath towels and one larger towel per bedroom. The floors in the bathrooms and shower stalls were very slippery when wet. I put a bath towel on my shower stall floor to keep from slipping. The water flow from the shower heads was very small. This could have been due to clogged shower heads or low water pressure or both. Some of the bathroom fixtures were not well-attached. We couldn't find a bottle opener/corkscrew. We left the one we bought.
