This is the third time i have visited Bank View and it's 3 properties. On each occasion i've been very impressed. The property is based in the lovely quiet village of Belford, a short distance from the A1 & superb base to visit the magnificent local attractions of Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle & Cragside. The property itself is immaculate with everything you would require for your stay. It's host Jacqui is very helpful & has ensured the property is of the highest standards for each visit i have made. A lovely touch of some complimentary local jam, shortbread, coffee, tea & milk made available to visitors on arrival was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend "Milan Restaurant" based in the nearby village of Wooler & the "Potted Lobster" in Bamburgh aswell as "Bistro 23" in Alnmouth for dinner. The local farm shop "Sunnyhills" is also a fantastic for breakfasts. The nearby Co-op is only a short walk from the property too which is very handy. I would also recommend the beautiful villages of Alnmouth, Amble, Seahouses & Rothbury for a pleasant visit. Thank you once more Jacqui for a lovely stay to celebrate my Mother's 80th Birthday & my 50th.All the best to you for the futureKind regardsEwan Garden

We stayed here in October 25 for 4 night, 2 adults and 2 children. The home was immaculate when we arrived, we did not notice anything that was not correct. The home was warmed for our arrival and a lovely breakfast basket left out. The hosts went out of their way to ensure I had the most up to date guide of Northumberland which was lovely and they made sure I had all of the relevant information before we arrived for our holiday. Perfect location to explore Northumberland, Belford seemed to be 20 mins from every place we visited. Will definitely be returning.

Great area, apartment as advertised, beds comfy, big kitchen and enough room for 4 on couch. Breakfast on the sun terrace was a big hit!
