About this apartment rental
This beautiful townhouse is situated on the prestigious 5 star award winning Marina de Lagos which is the first Marina in the Iberian peninsula to achieve such a level. This property has a prime position on the Marina and is located within a secure gated community. It has direct access to the swimming pool having the entrance door opening out onto the pool area. It also has a large terrace accessed through sliding doors from the lounge, which overlooks the picturesque lake.
The ground floor consists of a large spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen including hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave there is a breakfast bar through to the lounge. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. All windows & doors are fitted with shutters and mosquito netting. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large terrace which has modern outdoor furniture comprising of table, chairs and sun loungers. There is an open plan staircase which leads from the lounge to the first floor. The master double bedroom has sliding doors leading onto the first floor balcony. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a full en-suite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, also with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a separate bathroom with shower which serves the twin bedrooms.
The property is equipped with it´s own personal Wifi.
The TV has the standard Portuguese channels.
However for a charge of €30 for your stay there is an additional option of a TV wifi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.
There is a private parking space in the garage directly under the property with electrically operated doors.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and as described. The patio is big and a lovely place to sit out in the sun. Grocery store is right around the corner. Was given the wrong code to get the keys so small hiccup checking in, but host was easy to contact and responsive. There are some games and lots of books available, but note you have to provide your own beach towels. We enjoyed our stay.

Just back from two weeks stay in the lovely 3 bed townhouseThe house is very spacious and we loved the terrace at the back overlooking the lagoon. A fabulous place to relax completelyLagos town was a short walk away as were the bars and restaurants The fabulous beach also a short walk We had the best holiday and hope to be back soon in lovely Lagos

We had a wonderful couple of weeks at this property. We would definitely rent again. The large patio was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! The place is within a short walking distance to the grocery store(which we really liked) and other shops/restaurants. This unit is right by the pool, but it was too cold outside to swim much. The place was clean and worked out great for our family! Would stay there again!
