Luxury 35 sqm one-bedroom loft in Laureles, Medellin. Laid out as one open space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. Full kitchen: stove, refrigerator and microwave, a washer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access.
The Space:
There is one bathroom.
In the bedroom: fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.
The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. It also has a washer. For working there is a workspace.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, body soap and hot water.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.
The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.

I can't say enough about the location of this property! It's in a beautiful and calm neighbourhood with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The loft is exactly as described, and was very comfortable. It isn't very big, but it is spacious and has lots of room to unpack in. The amenities were great - washing machine, TV, soap and shampoo dispensers.
There is no A/C but it is not needed, as you can open the windows and nights are cool in Medellin's climate. Some evenings were quite noisy, though, and that is when the fan came in handy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
This apartment is perfect for 2 people. I would stay there again!
