About this house rental
A spacious family home with enough space for your whole group! Fully equipped to handle large groups with a bunk room, family room, two master bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, play area, and great room with a dining room table to fit everyone.
Enjoy the views that come with a waterfront property with water access. Just a short walk from the best bar on the island and a short golf cart ride away from a the public beach on Spanish Wells and more!
Our home is kid friendly, adult friendly and dog friendly. There is a great room with a living room area, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has been stocked with all the equipment and tools you will need to cook a gourmet dinner and mix cocktails of your choice. We also supply basic spices, coffee, tea bags, flour, sugar, rice, olive oil, vegetable oil and a Berkey water filter to make 2.5 gallons of healthy drinking water at a time. Please note there is NO DISHWASHER in this property as they tend to break down quickly due to the salt air and minerals in the water.
All our bathrooms are stocked with towels, shower wash, shampoos, conditioner, hand soap, shaving cream, and emergency supplies of toothpaste and toothbrushes. We also have a baby bath, baby shampoo and bath wash, thermometer, first aid kits, after sun lotion, body lotion, and more. There is a bathroom next to the family bedroom with a tub, which is shared by all. The downstairs master bath has a huge two-person shower. Upstairs, the master and wardroom share a shower room, but each has its own sink/toilet room.
Our outdoor space includes a nice big deck, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, grill, cooler and outdoor shower. Off the deck, you will find a laundry room for your use. We also have a sand terrace, beach chairs, snorkelling equipment, some basic water shoes in various sizes, floats and 4 Inflatable paddle boards and 2 Crystal Clear Kayaks for rent.
***A $285 cleaning fee will be collected in CASH upon arrival. You will not be allowed on the property until our property manager has received the fee.

The easiest way to travel around the island is via golf cart. We can help you make reservations with a local vendor. When renting through us we make sure your cart is waiting and the dock ready for you when you arrive.

The house came with every amenity you could ever possibly use. You literally can just pack your clothes and the rest is at the house. It was very spacious for 6 of us and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Amazing host.

Fourth time to Spanish Wells and our first stay at Boo's. It was a fantastic place. They really stocked it with just about everything you would need and it was spotless. We enjoyed the best snorkeling right in front of the property. We would stay here again for sure.

This house is VERY well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain large groups (minus a dishwasher). There was so much equipment for our 4 and a half month old grandson. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. The overall space was great for our large group. The extra space to hang out in the bunk room upstairs was perfect. I kinda wish the back/side porch had been covered because we had rain during one of our evenings of entertaining. I would definitely stay here again if we travel with our whole family and need the space. Thank you Enders family for sharing your piece of paradise.

We felt safe and comfortable, enjoyed the night sky and peaceful, quietness as well as the close proximity to The Sandbar restaurant.
On the downside, the map location on VRBO is totally off and shows this house much closer to the bridge over to the main area of Spanish Wells so it took longer to get anywhere (obviously not too much, but worth noting).
On the inside, in the master bath the sink cold water didn't work at all and the water splashes everywhere when running at a low to moderate flow. Also in the master bath the toilet 'wobbled' and looks like it leaks at the bottom, GROSS. Also, the water completely stopped on us twice, once when only 1 was being used and then again when 2 were being used at the same time with no other water running. The refrigerator took over 12 hours to cool items placed in it after we arrived, however the freezer worked fine. Would suggest an upgrade. We didn't use the upstairs at all since there were only 3 of us, but I don't see how any adult over 5'3 could stay there. Small linens; kitchen and bathroom hand towels were limited and looked like they were used for cleaning vs. face, hand or dish drying.
The outside needs work - A LOT. The grass was long, the two lounge cushions down by the water were torn, beat up and very dirty. No umbrellas could be found as shown in the pictures. There isn't any beach access, so not safe for young children. The shed and items in it were very dirty and rusty. BBQ grill was not level and dirty.
