This property was exactly what we had hoped for! My mom has limited mobility so she spent a lot of time at the house while we took the kids out exploring - and she loved it! My favorite part of the day was starting each morning on the lanai with a cup of tea and a book. We ate every meal out there!Gather Vacations provided excellent customer service! We had a couple questions upon checking in and needed a refill of propane for the grill later in the week. They were super quick to respond and got us propane by the time we had dinner prepped. We will definitely use Gather for future trips. The house was beautiful inside and out and was perfectly comfortable for our family (5 adults, 3 teenaged kids). The amount of space made it so a houseful of people did not feel crowded in any way. Cooking in the kitchen was a pleasure! Our teens LOVED the game room! We also appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and other amenities for guests. The only real concern we had was no bar/support to help people get into the pool. This made it so my mom could not use the pool at all. Be aware that while the showers are all walk-ins, only the primary has a hand-held shower head and it is very high (hard for shorter folks to reach). This made it difficult for my mom to shower on her own. The bed in the primary is also very high, which was fine for my husband and I but too high up for my parents (in their 70s) to use.

It was a very spacious and comfortable home for our family of four and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great ocean views. The game room in the garage was fantastic! The home isn't super close to shops, restaurants and activities, but not too far either (10 min drive). I couldn't find extra trash bags and the host's assistance was fantastic.

This house was perfect for our last-minute couples retreat! The view on the patio was incredible. It was so relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise and then having dinner and drinks at sunset. The house was a perfect respite to complement our fun filled days of whale watching, lava tube exploring and hiking/snorkeling adventures. The location is close to many main activities and attractions. The host was very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. We would love to come back again!

Amazing property!! Pool, hot tub and views just stupendous! Super well stocked kitchen - much better stocked than most places I’ve stayed at - they thought of everything! Game room in garage a great bonus, super quiet neighborhood, front gate/security were so very friendly and helpful.. the only minor thing to complain about was the TV internet connection in main room was a bit spotty but we were still able to watch movies ok (personally I don’t care about TV, but nephew does). As a part-time student, I actually took remote classes 3 days of the week while there (used a different area from main room) and had zero issues w internet speed or connection. There’s a work nook in one of the bedrooms that worked fine - I also work remotely and would’ve been comfortable taking on a few hours of work w the space and internet speed in that nook. Would DEFINITELY stay here again - absolutely LOVED IT!!! (Nephew almost cried the last day cuz he didn’t want to leave!!)
