Welcome to the River House on Tellico!
Our cabin is a two story house equipped for whatever kind of getaway you are looking for. From a quiet and romantic weekend to a family vacation, the River House is in the perfect spot as it sits right on the Little Missouri River. Like to kayak, float on a tube down a river, fish, swim, or cook? We have you covered! Our luxury kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain adult guests while kids have a blast exploring by the river. In addition, the master bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs making the River House a great place for mom and dad to spend some quality time together while the kids wind down upstairs in the gaming/ movie room at the end of the day (bring your own gaming console to plug in).
Is the river not your speed? The River House is only a short 5 minute drive from Swaha Marina where family and friends can take a dip in Lake Greeson. The Dam Grill restaurant is also located there if you are not in the mood to cook!

The River House is also 13 minutes away from the famous Crater of Diamonds State Park which is the only place in the world the general public can search for real diamonds and keep what they find. A 2.38 carrot diamond was found just last year!

Arkansas VRBOWe stayed for a long weekend to take the kids diamond digging and we loved the location. This is our second time to the area for digging. We also spent a day at Kirby Landing at Lake Greeson. This place had all the little conveniences from a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach towels, extra bedding, games, grill, and a great outdoor setup for a large group. The video game nook was great for the boys. The hot tub was great and the fire pit was awesome for doing smores. There was plenty of seating outside and around the fire. The concrete path along the river behind the house was a favorite walking spot. We loved the direct access to the river for fishing, but wished we had brought our fly rods for the trout. The guys that had them we saw were limiting out. The kids caught a few perch with regular poles. The host was very communicative and the overall instructions were very clear. Would definitely come back to dig, fly fish or duck hunt! Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful, so peaceful. Well stocked kitchen . Property is as described. Nice to set in the hot tub and see and hear the river. Sunday they released water so the river came up and was back now by Monday morning. Host was quick to respond to messages. Would stay again. Loved shopping at the courthouse square.
