Art Haven is exactly as advertised! It was so clean and comfortable! We were able to easily cook dinner for 5 people with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, serving ware and everything needed to prepare the dinner! Everything is well labeled throughout the whole house so you don’t waste time looking around.There were snacks available when we arrived. Margarette throughly communicated prior to our arrival with directions for getting into the home. We even had a need to contact her during our stay and she responded promptly and throughly.Due to the weather, we weren’t able to enjoy being outside in the backyard but it is so well set up if the weather had cooperated we would definitely have enjoyed the backyard, too.If we need to rent a home in Denton again, this will be our first choice!

This was a great property. Well-furnished, decorated and very comfortable. Loved the art, record player and vinyl records. The outdoor space, especially the back patio was great for entertaining, grilling or just relaxing. Good location, adjacent to the UNT campus and just a short drive to the downtown area. Though on a busy street it was still a quiet neighborhood. Margarete was a great host, going the extra mile to make our stay special. Would highly recommend this property. We plan on staying here again on our next trip.

I don't have the words to accurately describe the experience we had here. It was a magical home and a perfect place for family time. The Art, gardens, and Margarete were welcoming and inviting. Perfect layout and such sweet thoughtful touches everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Art Haven! This was the best stocked VRBO I have ever booked. So many thoughtful touches throughout. Margarete was so helpful and kind. Will definitely book again!
