About this house rental
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a large living room and a lounge (2 steps between the 2) giving access to a kitchen (1 step) and a veranda, a bathroom and separate toilets, a garage with laundry area. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190). One of the bedrooms gives access to a large bathroom with toilet. Outside, garden with trees and flowers with south-facing terrace. Vehicle parking possible in the courtyard and in the garage, your bikes will be safe there. In a flowery and wooded garden, this beautiful stone house typical of the 19th century will welcome you for your holidays on the peninsula of Lezardrieux and in the bay of Paimpol. Cross the peninsula and discover the small beaches along the Trieux river located 700m from the cottage. The island of wood, located about 3 km from the cottage will offer you a rare landscape with a view of the island of Bréhat. Also called the island of flowers, thanks to its favorable climate, Bréhat can be discovered thanks to a short boat trip from the pier in Ploubazlanec (15km). For a little entertainment and to taste some seafood, go to the port of Paimpol 11km away. In the middle of the fields, a few steps from the GR34 hiking trail, beautiful stone house to book very quickly to avoid regrets!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Guen - it was home from home! Although isolated, it was easy to find, and Francoise was there to meet us and show us round. The house is perfectly located for exploring the the Cote d'Armor in all its glory. Secluded and isolated, yet not off the beaten track, the house and large garden were delightful. The bed was large and one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The house offered every facility - clean and well-equipped, and was very quiet, peaceful and restful.
