It’s a beautiful small apartment with all facilities you need. With wonderful view of Paris.
One thing which was a bit inconvenient was coming back to this place from the center of the city.
We had to climb hundreds steps to get to the top of where this place is settled.
But rather then that it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Visited with 17 year old granddaughter.
The location had a wonderful view of Sacre-Coeur. I probably should have found something more accessible as I have a knee problem. You can use the funicular to travel up the hill for part of the way, but before the funicular you have to walk up a rather long uphill street to get to it. Street lined with vendors selling tourist stuff.
Although we had a Metro passes for the week, we ended up using taxis and Uber for the most part of our visit. Most of the Metro stations were not friendly to anyone with the slightest ambulation problems. LOTS of stairs up and down. So be aware of that.
I found then property to be quite adequate, except for the bed. It was smaller than a queen and very hard, so we did not sleep well. The pillows were very lumpy too. some mold in the bathroom floor.
And Paris prices have increased just like everywhere. Inflation is not isolated to the US. Each meal was at least $30, without drinks. We generally ate only one or two meals max.
I would stay there again after knee surgery!

“Refined”??? Don’t understand definition. The building & view are wonderful!!! The building is well kept. The elevator fits 1 to 2 people, depending on their size. The neighborhood had life. The bus stop was 1/2 block walk. But the streets are all one-way, so it is unlikely that you will return on same bus. The funicular was available. It is a good idea to take it down, so you know where to find it to come back. The apartment minimalistic, but adequate for 2 people. Don’t expect luxury, & you won’t be disappointed. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING! The weather changed to HOT & no air conditioning to be found. (May 2026, remember the heat at the French Open!)We stayed for 29 days. We lacked good instructions for everything from how to unlock apt door to how to unlock washing machine door, where to take the garbage, etc So we wasted days waiting for help & instructions . ( We are not neophytes. I have owned houses for many years. ) None of these problems were necessary, if only well written instructions & suggestions were available. If you know Montmartre, you know to expect hills & steps outside. The views are amazingly beautiful! There is entertainment on the front side of Sacre Coeure building. The restaurants nearby are close & good. If you don’t mind steps, this is a great location. This review is so mixed, because there is such potential here. I hope the owner takes our advice & provides better information than we received.
