About this chalet rental
For rent, charming wooden chalet recently renovated in the Chamonix valley, in the typical Savoy village of Servoz, close to the ski resorts. Breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, very good exposure to the south. Peace assured on the edge of the forest. Many hiking trails, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing nearby.
The chalet is made up of 4 bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate toilets. A convertible sofa in the living room in 160 (part which can be isolated by a large curtain from the rest of the living room) and two additional beds in the mazot (small typical Savoyard chalet which is in the garden and is heated in winter.) A total of 12 beds (6 double beds) + 2 cots provided free of charge on request »
Large triple living space with a living room with sofa and TV corner, a friendly wooden bench seat at the corner of the stove and a dining area for 12.
The chalet is fully equipped: TV, stereo, DVD player, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. Complete baby equipment provided. Ideal for family or groups of friends. Garage. Private garden with table and barbecue.
Toboggans and snowshoes provided in winter
4 km away, the village of Servoz with SNCF train station, shops and restaurants. Geneva 45 mins, Saint-Gervais les Bains 15 mins, Chamonix 15 mins, les Houches 10 mins. Many possibilities for walks and visits nearby (Mer de Glace, Aiguille du Midi, Brévent, Lac Blanc, Green Lake, Passy Nature Reserve, Gorges de la Diosaz, Vallée Blanche, Passy lakes with sandy beaches , Pointe Helbronner, Saillon or Lavey baths in Italy etc.)
Winter and summer, many activities for adults and children nearby.
An additional list of equipment can be sent on request as well as additional photographs.
Sheets and towels not provided.
Weekly or extended weekend rentals (3 nights minimum). End of stay cleaning included.

A wonderful, clean & well equipped chalet with everything that you need for a peaceful holiday in the Chamonix valley. The views from the chalet are breathtaking & Servoz is a beautiful village.
A car is a must-have (with good snow tyres and / or 4 wheel-drive in the winter) in this mountain hide-away.
The owner was very helpful & the information regarding the chalet was clear.
We hope to return very soon!
