About this house rental
Walk through the door and the first thing that stops you is the light, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows rising two stories to a cathedral pine ceiling, framing nothing but Maine forest in every direction. A stone fireplace anchors the great room, and the whole space feels less like a rental and more like the mountain lodge you'd build if you could.
Spend the day carving turns at Sunday River or wandering the trails through Grafton Notch, then come home to a private hot tub tucked into its own deck in the trees and steam rising into the pines as the sun goes down. Rack a game of pool and spend time as a group in the lower level den, or gather the whole crew around for a movie night under those big windows. Mornings start with coffee and a view that never gets old, whatever the season, blazing foliage in fall, snow-heavy branches in winter.

What a great place for a getaway! It was a peaceful and private area, and the house was comfortable and clean. The house temperature was difficult to manage because the thermostat wasn’t responsive when we lowered or raised the temp. Otherwise our stay was perfect though!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was just the right amount of space for 8 guests. The hot tub and pool table was a fun addition. The kitchen had almost everything that we needed for our stay.
